Terms of Service & License

1. Who we are

TizonAI is the personal product studio of Javier Stevenson ("TizonAI", "we"). The site presents our apps and distributes them.

2. License — the apps are licensed, not sold

When you download Milo (or any TizonAI app) we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use.

You do not acquire ownership of the software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Restrictions

You may not: copy the software beyond what installation requires; modify or create derivative works; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it (except to the extent a law expressly permits it); redistribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend or sublicense it; offer it to third parties as a service; or remove or alter proprietary notices, names or logos.

In short: the app is for you to use, not for anyone to repackage or resell.

4. Intellectual property

The software, its source code, design, visual identity, and the TizonAI and Milo names and marks are the property of Javier Stevenson. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use them beyond running the licensed app.

5. Third-party services — your Claude, your account

Milo's AI features run through Anthropic Claude using YOUR own claude CLI subscription or YOUR own Anthropic API key, configured by you on your machine. Your use of Claude is governed by your agreement with Anthropic, and any costs it generates are yours. TizonAI is not a party to that relationship and never proxies your credentials.

6. Pricing and availability

The apps are currently offered free of charge. This does not create any acquired right: we may introduce paid licenses, change features, or discontinue an app. If a paid model launches, it will be announced on the site and these terms will be updated.

7. No warranty

The apps and the site are provided "AS IS" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Milo is young software: expect rough edges.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TizonAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from the use or inability to use the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the last 12 months (today: zero).

9. Privacy

How we treat data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Termination

The license ends automatically if you breach these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the app. Sections 3, 4, 7 and 8 survive termination.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
